The biscuit that started it all. Gloria learned the basics from the famous New Zealand Edmonds Cookery Book, which she brought home from a family trip before lockdown. Since then, she’s made the recipe her own—oats toasted just enough, crisp edges, and a perfectly chewy centre.
Every batch is baked to order in Cebu, in small trays, by hand. Nothing is baked in advance and nothing sits in a warehouse.
