The original. Crisp oats, coconut and Golden Syrup, pressed and baked the way Gloria has made them since the first batch.
Shortbread Butter Biscuits
Buttery and melt-in-the-mouth, made with pure New Zealand Anchor butter bought in 70kg batches. The one for people who find the Anzac too oaty.
Gloria's Golden Syrup
Made in-house after six months of perfecting the recipe — most probably the only Golden Syrup actually made in the Philippines. A thoughtful gift for anyone who bakes.

Nothing is pre-made and nothing sits on a shelf. Everything below happens after you get in touch, which is why the date you need matters more than the date you order.
Tell Gloria what you need

She confirms the details
Gloria confirms the total, the label wording for corporate orders, and the baking and dispatch dates.
Baked just in time
Your order is baked close to the delivery date — one to two business days to bake and dispatch.
Ribboned and on its way
Each pack is tied with a festive ribbon, then delivered in Cebu or shipped nationwide via LBC.
The Biscuits were a big hit
Christmas is the busiest time of the year in Gloria's kitchen. Last season the ribboned packs went out to families, offices and the members of Cebu Country Club, and the orders that arrived early were the ones that got the dates they wanted.
So please place your orders early. December fills up quickly, and Gloria would rather bake your order properly than squeeze it in.

Christmas FAQ
Q: When should I place my Christmas order?
As early as you can. Everything is baked to order, and December fills up fast — the earlier you tell Gloria your date, the more likely that date is still open. Corporate orders need the most notice.
Q: Are the gift packs really ribboned?
Yes. From 1 December to 15 January every gift pack is tied with a festive ribbon at no extra charge.
Q: Can you print our company name on the labels?
Yes — for corporate orders the label carries your company name and a short message of your choosing. Send the wording when you confirm the quantity.
Q: Can you deliver outside Cebu in time for Christmas?
Yes. We offer free delivery within Cebu City and select nearby areas on orders of ₱1,000 or more, and nationwide delivery via LBC. Delivery cost is purely that of LBC. Their paperwork and waybill are forwarded to you from the LBC depot by our team when dropping your shipment there.
Q: Do you have a sugar-free option for a gift?
We do. Both the Anzac and the Shortbread can be made with Monk Fruit sweetener instead of sugar — as a guide, about ₱5 more per Biscuit. Just say so when you order.
